As described earlier the searches can be filtered based on the skills one is looking for. So, for example, a producer can search for ‘Directors” and all the experts will be filtered. You could further filter the search based on the particular genre and kind of work experience the producers are looking for. Members can easily create openings for actors, directors, music directors, stuntmen, etc.

Not just the members who could create the opening will be able to scan through profiles that best match their search, but the artists will also get an intimation of the required opening if that matches their profile. After getting the intimation of the opening, artists could reach out to the creators of the opening and can come to a mutual agreement regarding the project.
