Time, Connections, Showcase, Status & Reviews

Unlike others, When we decided to engrave this project into the world of the Motion Picture Industry, We realized that there isn't one problem, we need to analyze that what's the actual problem. Here is what we found out so far

Time:

they say to ask a person who is dying in an operation theater and waiting for a ventilator to be attached to his body if you really wanted to know the value of Time.

But, not going by that road, Let's discuss how time is a problem here. When we were analyzing the problem we discovered that Time isn't a problem, Less Time or a Timely manner is a Problem.

The Actor is not able to get the desired roll-on timely manner and loosen up looks, skills confidence,

The Producer is wasting time finding the right talent and utilizing most of the time for checking on Availablity and Other Stuff

Producers don't have enough contacts to find the perfect Director and a Storyline

Music Directors have a Mall of music with them including singers and studios, but still many times they are not able to find the right singer or talented director to appreciate his creations

If you just count the time of acquiring the Pre-Production activities Timeline, You will realize that the time being spent for that is equivalent to 3-4 Productions of Motion Pictures.

Connections:

Motion Picture Industry is all about connections, If you don't have contacts, if you don't have connections, it's hard for you to survive in this industry.

Imagine a Producer who doesn't have the right Director to work with or a Director who doesn't have an available associate Director or an assistant director to work with. a Light Man, who doesn't have proper contacts of a director or a Camara Vendor.

This entire Industry works on a basis of connections.

Profile and Reference hunting:

Now that we have encountered 2 major visible problems, it is equally important that Proper Referencing and Profiling are also being scanned for the Actors, Directors, Producers, and any other crew members

They say the Production days of the project are like arranging a Marriage Event for a number of days. Where Marriage is a Production on camera and Art Direction, Cast Preparation, Improvisations, Lights settings, and Camara directions all are inevitable work processes. managing and arranging those in order is a challenge BUT if you don't have the right people for the right set of work and you even don't have proper References about them or their work then these events can seriously become costly.

Product Selling:

This is where the entire efforts of the Director and Producers live within, This is what they work for if that is the problem happening with hassles then imagine the frustration of it for both the Director and Producer both.

Obviously and content released as a Feature Film in Theaters and viewership or audience will always be there and available, Pandemic however, the Pandemic has taught tough lessons to everybody and a significant number of Audiences have now been moved to OTTs. and OTTs now also have a problem in that they need to hunt for the content which takes a lot of time.

on the other end, There are many contents that are made ready from across the globe but they are not being sold for the proper price, or sometimes it is challenging to sell it off without the intervention of the proper agents. Off course, Distributors are there but they are happy with whatever they can sell, they hardly go the extra mile. EG. Products prepared in France or Germany will have an Audience in Japan, and Indonesia. but it will be viewed if it will be available in Audience's preferred location. Such as OTTs are global, but every continent or region might have its own preference for OTTs.

If we start gathering problems, this page might be too long, but these are the major problems.

And not to mention that these problems are mostly Production or Director Centric, think of another point of view like put yourself into the shoes of a Music Director, Writer, Sound Artists, or Art Directors. the pain of the problems will have a long list of indexes, which will be equivalent to what the book may be.
